We grow our Bing Cherries on the Modesto ranch. Urbanization is trying to push us out, but nowhere else can we seem to grow cherries as crunchy, sweet and black as we can there. My daughters like to take the dried cherries, stuff them with chocolate chips and use them in the cookie dough of a chocolate chip cookie recipe. They are incredible!
